Giggling, he put the sea shell up to his ear as if he didn't know what to expect from it. "Listen," she said, "and you will hear the ocean!" Clearly confused, he did it anyway and giggled. Only just over a year old, experiencing new things was his forte. Putting a shell to your ear to hear the ocean was just the beginning.
The environment in the Cameron Park Library spikes kids' interests like no other. A Touch and Feel Table, lots of puzzles and toys and let's not forget the books, the library is a ball of fun!
This particular library has a way of displaying art like none I have seen in a while. The walls are very large, the ceilings open to the sky and the comfy warm feeling you get when you walk in is striking. The ability to have art there would be a real honor. Featured there are photographers from all over the county, other various works of art and now my art.
I am so humbled and honored to have this experience that I can't help but share. Photography is an art. Documentary Photography is an art. Now it is being displayed as art here in this library because of me! Woot woot! I don't usually like to toot my own horn but this is so fun!
Phase one complete and phase two coming soon, my recent model call in the library will soon be featured there as well in the main library area. You know the model call went well when you can't decide what images to choose to be featured on the walls. Which ones are your favorite?
